The ministry of infrastructure and transport and Autostrade per l’Italia (Italian Highways Association) published the calendar for the restrictions on the movement of heavy veihicles for 2017.

This prohibition is for those vehicles that have total mass up to 7,5 tons on the Italian Highways, even if unloaded.

This restriction is permanent on all Sundays of the year with some changes:
– from January to May and from October to December from 9 am to 10 pm;
– from June to September from 7 am to 10 pm;

Furthermore the prohibition is for other weekdays such as Saturdays and Fridays of July and August and especially the Italian holidays.
